Having previously worked as a travel agent providing timeshares, hotel accommodations, and Vrbo stays, I recognized a significant shift in market demand. The need extended beyond traditional travel planning—there was a growing gap for a dedicated hospitality broker who could strategically connect corporate partners and travelers with high-quality, temporary housing solutions.

This shift also revealed a powerful opportunity on the ownership side. Many landowners and property owners face challenges when it comes to selling or maximizing the value of their assets.
